Professional Profile

Laura joined Berkowitz Oliver in 2009. Her practice includes a variety of commercial litigation matters with a special emphasis on automobile franchise litigation. Laura has represented clients nationally in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Berkowitz Oliver, Laura was a member of the commercial litigation department of Husch Blackwell where her practice focused on contract disputes, fraud, and antitrust cases. Of recent note, Laura has represented:

  • A number of automobile manufacturers in both franchise and commercial litigation relating to consumer protection laws.
  • A national consumer product manufacturer in defending product liability claims.
