Professional Profile

Tim has a general litigation practice that has provided him the opportunity to represent various businesses and individuals in state and federal courts as well as state administrative proceedings and arbitration. Before joining Berkowitz Oliver in 2006, he primarily represented defendants in product liability cases at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP. In addition to product liability cases, Tim continues to represent clients in class actions, professional negligence, employment discrimination, construction law, intellectual property and other business law and tort disputes. He has obtained complete defense verdicts for clients in both jury and bench trials and has also been successful in getting cases dismissed at both the motion to dismiss and summary judgment stage in state and federal court.
