Personal Profile

Jim Eisenbrandt concentrates in the practice of white collar criminal law and parallel civil proceedings primarily in federal courts. For forty-nine years, he has represented companies, including Fortune 500 corporations, and individuals in investigative, grand jury, Federal and State proceedings involving health care, environmental, government contracting, tax, public corruption, antitrust and fraud cases.  He also represents corporate officers in proceedings before the SEC.  His practice includes the defense of qui tam cases under the Federal False Claims Act as well as internal corporate investigations and design and implementation of corporate compliance programs.
