Jeff Morris focuses his practice on complex and high-stakes commercial litigation, federal criminal litigation and investigations. He has substantial federal trial experience in complex civil and criminal cases, business disputes, healthcare and commercial controversies, and general criminal violations. He represents clients in government proceedings, legal malpractice defense, internal investigations and proceedings involving corporate governance. He also advises corporations and individuals on defense strategy and response to prosecutorial scrutiny.
Jeff is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been selected for inclusion in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
