Personal Profile

Mudasar “Mo” Khan joined Berkowitz Oliver after relocating to Kansas City from Denver.  Prior to joining Berkowitz Oliver, Mo worked at an AmLaw 100 law firm in Denver.  Mo’s practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts.  Mo has worked on a variety of commercial disputes involving breach of contract, intellectual property, scope of insurance coverage, and construction law issues.  Mo’s experience includes managing electronic discovery, drafting discovery requests and responses, arguing at hearings to resolve discovery disputes, taking depositions, preparing fact and expert witnesses to give testimony, and briefing dispositive motions.  Mo has also advised clients on various privacy matters and has experience drafting company privacy policies, document retention programs, and incident response plans.

Prior to law school, Mo served as agenda clerk to the Kansas Senate Minority Leader, where he researched, tracked, and briefed bills.
