Personal Profile

Ross Weimer focuses his practice on representing large and small business in business litigation and premises liability defense in matters across the country. He enjoys learning the various nuances of each jurisdiction and the fact investigation unique to each dispute. He understands the necessity in parsing out complex matters into digestible pieces is key to successfully communicating a client’s case to a jury.

Ross is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.A., 2011, summa cum laude) and Boston College Law School (J.D., 2016, cum laude), where he served in the Civil Litigation Clinic and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert B. Foster in the Massachusetts Land Court.

Prior to attending law school, Ross served as a Teach For America Corps Member in Miami, Florida where he taught third and fourth grade math and science. This experience continues to shape his approach to problem solving and effectively resolving disputes.
