Personal Profile

Tim Millman focuses his practice on employment and business litigation, with substantial experience representing motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors in employment and dealer franchise disputes. Tim’s broad range of experience includes representing companies before federal and state trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels throughout the country, on everything from single plaintiff administrative complaints to complex class actions.

Tim is always available to his clients. He believes in understanding his client’s business needs and dedicating himself to achieving the best possible results for his clients in an efficient and timely manner.

Tim enjoys spending his free time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and cheering on his four kids in youth and high school sports.
