Tim West Elected President of Lawyers Association of Kansas City (LAKC)
Partner Tim West was elected President of the Lawyers Association of Kansas City at its Annual Meeting on May 9, 2018. Tim has served as a Director for of the LAKC for the past six years and just completed a term as the Secretary/Treasurer. The LAKC was founded in 1935 and came about when a group of lawyers wanted a bar group that would take stands on legal and governmental issues. Today, the group’s stated purpose is to educate, serve, and lead the legal community. The LAKC hosts a variety of CLE programs, public service, and social events each year.
