Tim West Wins Summary Judgment in Defamation, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress Case

As recently noted in the Kansas City Business Journal, Tim West obtained summary judgment for his client in the federal court for the District of Kansas. In this case, the plaintiff alleged defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising out of a Golf.com article concerning Hillcrest Country Club.
