Personal Profile

Ben focuses his practice on business litigation. Before joining Berkowitz Oliver, he clerked, working as a research attorney to the Honorable Judge Amy Fellows Cline at the Kansas Court of Appeals.

Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. In law school, he worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Robert Wonnell at the Johnson County District Court and for the Honorable Robert D. Berger at the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Kansas. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Kansas Law Review. And he worked as a graduate writing consultant for the KU Center for Learning and Writing Support.

Ben’s outside the office interests include running, cheering on the Bruins or the Jayhawks, and keeping up with friends.
