Personal Profile

Carson Hinderks focuses his practice on commercial litigation and white collar defense matters.

Before joining Berkowitz Oliver, Carson served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Carson also has significant experience within the energy industry, where he represented a diverse group of oil and gas producers, refiners, pipelines, lessors, and renewable energy companies in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Carson is a graduate of Colorado State University (B.S., magna cum laude, 2008) and the University of Kansas School of Law (J.D., 2011), where he served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Kansas Law Review.

In his free time, Carson enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks (even during football season).
