Stephanie Bradshaw focuses her practice on civil litigation and has handled a broad range of matters, including general business and contract disputes, intellectual property, and other complex commercial cases. Stephanie has experience in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court, including case strategy, written and deposition discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Before joining Berkowitz Oliver, Stephanie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Holly L. Teeter of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. And, prior to her clerkship, Stephanie spent several years practicing with an international AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented clients in a variety of high-stakes commercial disputes.
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri. She obtained her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she was on the Editorial Board of the Missouri Law Review and served as a teaching assistant in the legal research and writing program.
