Personal Profile

For over 20 years, Steve has focused his work on representing leading motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors in franchise related matters. Steve has substantial experience litigating and trying cases before federal and state courts and state administrative agencies across the country. He also advises clients on business strategy and compliance in the highly regulated motor vehicle industry.

Steve prides himself on understanding his clients’ business needs and working to accomplish their business goals through counseling and, when needed, litigation.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Duke University, Steve returned home to Kansas to obtain his law degree—allowing Steve to claim allegiance to two of the greatest college basketball traditions.  Outside the office, Steve, a father of four, spends his free time playing sports, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
