Personal Profile
Billy joined Berkowitz Oliver after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Kristine G. Baker of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Billy earned his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law and his undergraduate degree at Emory University. In law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the First Amendment Clinic. Billy also worked as a summer associate at a complex litigation firm in Washington, D.C., and as a summer intern at the Federal Communications Commission. He authored a note on the Anti-Injunction Act and multidistrict litigation which was published in the Review of Litigation. In his free time, Billy enjoys aquascaping, roasting coffee, and spending time with his partner and their two cats.
