Our on-site Litigation Support Specialist is a Relativity Certified Administrator, which allows us to combine a sophisticated knowledge of electronic discovery principles with practical case management techniques.
Berkowitz Oliver partner Shazzie Naseem is under contract with the Administrative Office of U.S. Court, Defender Services Office as a Coordinating Discovery Attorney (“CDA”), to support the work of lawyers on multi-defendant prosecutions involving large amounts of discovery. His work involves assisting counsel with the development of strategies to use and implement technology to create cost-effective ways to better represent clients in massive discovery cases for CJA panel attorneys and FDO staff across the country.
