Two attorneys have recently joined Berkowitz Oliver. Jim Humphrey joined the firm as a partner on September 3. Jim is an experienced trial attorney who comes to the firm from his previous position as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
