Gilman Presents on TCPA, Trademark Infringement to KU Students

Partner Stacey Gilman presented a virtual guest lecture on the TCPA, consumer consent, and privacy issues, and trademark infringement, to a marketing course at the University of Kansas on April 1, 2020. Stacey served as Associate Editor for the  Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review  while in law school at the University of Michigan , and has been named a Super Lawyer for Business Litigation for many years.
